Good
news for customers opting for a came from the UK's leading consumer
magazinUtility Warehouse free laptope - Which?, who last month (October 2007)
rated BroadCall as the UK's best broadband and phone calls
combination.
At the beginning of November, The
Utility Warehouse joined
AOL and The Carphone Warehouse as broadband providers who offer a broadband /
telephone calls combo with a free laptop bundled in. It seems that the Utility
Warehouse deal not only tips the scales on price and on a superior laptop
specification, but also on the quality (according to Which) of the
corresponding broadband service that customers must subscribe to for 24
months.
In the Which? report on
customer satisfaction, 53% of Utility Warehouse broadband bundle customers were
found to be very satisfied. In second place were Pipex, with 41% very
satisfied. In the same report, 63% of Utility Warehouse home phone customers
were found to be very satisfied. In first place was Toucan with 65% and way
down the customer satisfaction tables were BT (32%) and Virgin Media (31%).
The Utility Warehouse free laptop
computer deal is no longer available. |
